SendByCloud allows users to upload and send files to others over the internet. Files are stored temporarily and deleted after a defined period, depending on the selected plan (Free or Premium).

Upload or distribute viruses, malware, or other harmful content.
Violate the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Storage and Expiry
Free Plan: Files are stored for up to X days (e.g., 7 days) and then automatically deleted. Premium Plan: Offers extended storage duration and customizable expiration options.
We reserve the right to delete files without prior notice once the expiration period has ended.
6. Privacy and Security
We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your files. Users are advised not to share sensitive information unless encrypted independently. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
